Search and booking
How do I start a booking?
Go to the hotel search page, choose your stay dates and guest count, then compare the options before booking.
What if I cannot find the right hotel?
Try adjusting the province, price range, amenities, or switch to map view to explore nearby areas.
Where can I review my past bookings?
After signing in, open the Guest Dashboard to view recent stays, all bookings, and each booking detail.
Payments
Does VerHotel charge booking commission?
Guests are never charged a booking commission. Hotels may pay a marketplace commission under their partner terms; room payment is collected by the hotel directly.
Invoices and documents
How do I get a receipt or tax invoice?
Once documents are available, you can open the invoices area in your Dashboard to review details and download the PDF.
What should I do if a document is incomplete or incorrect?
Contact our team from the Contact page and include your booking code or document number so we can review it.
Hotels and partners
Where do I track my partner application?
Sign in and open the Partner Dashboard to review status, requested documents, and notes from our team.
What if I need to upload more documents?
Use the upload link inside the Partner Dashboard and resend the requested files from there.
